Soft Toys

Lesson: English

Class: 1K Year: 2023 - 2024

This half term we invited the children to bring their favourite soft toy to school. We have been learning about the story Dogger in English and we thought about how our favourite soft toy makes us feel. We shared them with the rest of the class and spoke about when we got them and where they were from. It was so interesting to see how different they all were. Next week we will complete our final piece of writing about the story.

‘We are saddened to confirm the departure of our Headteacher, Mr. McCoy, who left Sherdley Primary School at the end of the Spring Term. From the Summer Term, Mrs. Bennett will be acting as Head. With this in mind and as you can appreciate, many of our policies have Mr. McCoy's name on, these will be updated to Mrs. Bennett.
