Class: 5M Year: 2023 - 2024
Y5 boys were invited to participate in a football tournament at Ruskin Drive. Ten teams took part and Sherdley finished 5th. We didn't lose a game; won one and drew four. Miss Pennington and Mrs Davies were very impressed with the encouragement given to each other, the good sportsmanship shown by every player and the football skills on show.
‘We are saddened to confirm the departure of our Headteacher, Mr. McCoy, who left Sherdley Primary School at the end of the Spring Term. From the Summer Term, Mrs. Bennett will be acting as Head. With this in mind and as you can appreciate, many of our policies have Mr. McCoy's name on, these will be updated to Mrs. Bennett.
