The children enjoyed taking part in the Big Bird Watch 2024. They had earlier in the week made and hung fat balls around the EYFS setting to help care for the birds during the winter. They then used their binoculars to complete a survey to say how many different species of birds visited the grounds.
‘We are saddened to confirm the departure of our Headteacher, Mr. McCoy, who left Sherdley Primary School at the end of the Spring Term. From the Summer Term, Mrs. Bennett will be acting as Head. With this in mind and as you can appreciate, many of our policies have Mr. McCoy's name on, these will be updated to Mrs. Bennett.
