We had a special visitor in Year 4 on Friday. Cpl Williams came in to school to talk to us about life in the army and how it is important to take the time to reflect this Armistice Day.
The children asked some insightful questions and thoroughly enjoyed looking at (and trying on!) all of the equipment.

‘We are saddened to confirm the departure of our Headteacher, Mr. McCoy, who left Sherdley Primary School at the end of the Spring Term. From the Summer Term, Mrs. Bennett will be acting as Head. With this in mind and as you can appreciate, many of our policies have Mr. McCoy's name on, these will be updated to Mrs. Bennett.
