Today at 11 o'clock the whole school observed a 1 minute silence for Remembrance Day - we sat so beautifully as we watched the Cbeebies Poppies Animation. Mrs Roberts was very proud of us!
Yesterday we learnt about Remembrance and how people mark the day by wearing poppies and standing quietly - then we made our own poppy field.
‘We are saddened to confirm the departure of our Headteacher, Mr. McCoy, who left Sherdley Primary School at the end of the Spring Term. From the Summer Term, Mrs. Bennett will be acting as Head. With this in mind and as you can appreciate, many of our policies have Mr. McCoy's name on, these will be updated to Mrs. Bennett.
