The artist that we have been looking at this half term is Jackson Pollock. The children have learnt all about the techniques that he uses when he paints and have really enjoyed experimenting with them whilst re-creating some of his masterpieces.
‘We are saddened to confirm the departure of our Headteacher, Mr. McCoy, who left Sherdley Primary School at the end of the Spring Term. From the Summer Term, Mrs. Bennett will be acting as Head. With this in mind and as you can appreciate, many of our policies have Mr. McCoy's name on, these will be updated to Mrs. Bennett.
