Class: Pre-School Year: 2022 - 2023
This week Pre-School took part in our coronation preparations and celebrations. We make shortbread biscuits in the shape of crowns, decorated cakes, made red, white and blue repeating patterns and made our own golden coronation crowns adorned with jewels and sequins. Finally on Friday we celebrated the forthcoming coronation with our own street party (in the hall due to the weather forecast!). The children had a funfilled day.
‘We are saddened to confirm the departure of our Headteacher, Mr. McCoy, who left Sherdley Primary School at the end of the Spring Term. From the Summer Term, Mrs. Bennett will be acting as Head. With this in mind and as you can appreciate, many of our policies have Mr. McCoy's name on, these will be updated to Mrs. Bennett.
