We have been reading our key text - Where's Spot?
The children have thoroughly enjoyed lifting up the flaps to see if Spot is there. We have been focusing on the postional language - behind, in and under to describe where he is hiding.

Can your child name all the animals that are hiding within the book?
‘We are saddened to confirm the departure of our Headteacher, Mr. McCoy, who left Sherdley Primary School at the end of the Spring Term. From the Summer Term, Mrs. Bennett will be acting as Head. With this in mind and as you can appreciate, many of our policies have Mr. McCoy's name on, these will be updated to Mrs. Bennett.
