After School Clubs - Autumn 2 - Baking Club Week 1 - Jammy Dodgers

This week at baking club, we all made "Jammy Dodgers".

The children learn't to make their own biscuit dough and chose to create a heart or a tree shape for their top layer. Then, using a piping bag, they all took turns to pipe raspberry jam into the biscuit!

Well done to everyone, the biscuits were amazing!

Next week, we'll be making turkey & stuffing sauage rolls ....we can't wait!
